Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and cleared.

As every piece is made to order, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for us to make and ship your item. If the item is in stock, we will dispatch within one week. 

International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. As these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

When the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All orders will need to be signed for. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for non-bespoke pieces only, we do ask if you can please cover the return cost. We do accept returns and exchanges for customised colors.

Please email us at lian@leblancjewellery.com to begin the process of your return or exchange. We allow returns for bespoke pieces under the exceptions that the product is faulty. 

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
