Delivery & Returns
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and cleared.
If your piece is not in stock, please allow up to 4 weeks for us to make and ship your item. If the item is in stock, we will dispatch within one week.
If you are in Freeport, Grand Bahama, we have a limited amount of stock available on the island in which you can pick up your order at. Please inquire by email.
Otherwise, all orders will be delivered through DHL. When the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All orders will need to be signed for. We are happy to accept returns, however unfortunately for hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings.
International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
