Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and cleared.
As every piece is made to order, please allow up to 3-6 weeks for us to make your item. Claw set designs take up to 3-4 weeks, bezel set designs and chokers take up to 4-6 weeks. Please contact us if you would like help with a delivery estimate. If the item is in stock, we will dispatch within a few days.
We are based in London UK and Dubai UAE, therefore you will occur no duty or tax charges. International orders may incur small additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. As these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order or email us for some help on an estimation.
When the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All orders will need to be signed for. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for non-bespoke pieces only within 14 days, we do ask if you can please cover the return shipping cost when needed. Orders over £3000 will be for exchange / credit only. We do accept returns and exchanges for customised colours. Order over £4500 cannot be exchanged or returned. Jewellery purchased in person at exhibition shows are not returnable.
